Cascadia Consign CO offers a white-glove intake process: We pick up locally or email you a prepaid label. Every item is steamed, photographed in-house, and professionally authenticated. Our data engine tracks real-time sales to set optimal pricing and auto-adjust based on market trends.

| Authentication Fees (for luxury or high-value items): | Range: $20 to $500 (depending on the complexity of authentication). Example: Designer handbags or fine jewelry may require authentication, which is often included in the commission or charged separately. |

| Cleaning and restoration Fee: | For items that need minor cleaning or repairs before selling. No surprise fees. We will notify you of any costs prior. So you can determine whether or not you want the services provided. |
| Pick-up and Delivery | We will pick-up Large and High Value items free of charge anywhere within 75 miles of downtown Spokane. If items are mailable we will send a pre paid postage to your email. All other fees for items needing pick up must be negotiated. Unsold items are your responsibility to pick up unless prior negotiations are made. A 2 week grace period is given for you to collect your items and then $8.oo a day will be charged. |
| Storage and Holding fees | If and item doesnt sell with in 90 days your options are 1) Pick up the item or Negotiate shipping or drop off. (Normally free in most cases) 2) We work with multiple non profit business's and can donate your item to help the community (with your permission). 3)Request the item be relisted another 90 days. (free the first time. a fee of $25 will be requested up front every 90 days after the second "free term" In the event you do not wish to relist your item. You have two weeks retrieve your item through pick up or shipping. $8.00 a day will be charged following the two weeks |
